Sony Walkman NWZ-E350 Series Video MP3 Players

Sony extends its Walkman line-up with the new NWZ-E350 Series Video MP3 Players, which feature extended battery life and is available in two capacity versions 4GB and 8GB.
Sony Walkman NWZ-E350 Series Walkman comes with 2-inch TFT display (320×240 pixel resolution), utilizes Sony’s “Clear Audio” technologies, “for clear, deep sound without distortion”, has a new user interface with  “Album Scroll” and “Scene Scroll” functions and offers up to 50 hours of audio playback (mp3 files at 128 kbps) and 10 hours of supported video playback (WMV at 384 kbps). The player supports MP3, WMA, AAC and WAV (video) and WMV (video) and featuring Sony’s SenseMe technology, which automatically categorizes music tracks in a connected library into a variety of music channels and playlists.

The E Series Walkman will be available next month in three color options – blue, red, and black and NWZ-E353 model,  with 4GB memory will cost you $70 and $80 for an 8 GB version, model NWZ-E354.

Sansa Fuze Plus MP3 Player Announced by SanDisk

The leader manufacturer of flash memory card, SanDisk Corporation, announced today The Sansa Fuze Plus MP3 Players, which is now available packed with best-in-class features for under $100.
The Sansa Fuze Plus Portable Media Players is a completely redesigned successor to the Sansa Fuze MP3 Player, and provides great quality for a low price.

The graphics user interface of the media player responds to finger sweeps, horizontal for Music, Video, Photos, and FM Radio selections, and vertical (and also double taps) for explorer.
The Sansa Fuze Plus Portable Media Player is compatible with the following formats:

The Sansa Fuze Plus Portable Media Player is available in red, white, black, blue and purple colors for the price of $79 for 4GB, $89 for 8GB, and $119 for 16GB.

Sony intros RDP-X50iP Speaker Dock for iPod/iPhone

Sony extends its speaker docks for the Apple’s iPod and iPhone with the new RDP-X50iP model, which resembles the RDP-XF100iP and RDP-X80iP models and has pretty same features in compact, minimalist design.
The RDP-X50iP has measures of  356 × 158.1 × 151.9 mm (W x H x D) and weights approx. 1.8 kg, it packs digital amplifier capable to deliver 20W + 20W output RMS, has two 3-inch bass reflex speaker design, that promise “rich and powerful bass”,  “clear midrange and crisp high frequency reproduction”. The system comes with various pre-set modes for different styles of music, like (Rock/Pop/Jazz/Vocal/Flat), tere’s also a standard 30-pin dock connector for connecting to and charge all iPhone or iPod, a 3.5-mm auxiliary input and omnidirectional infra-red remote for the usual controls.

Sony adds Walkman S750 to its MP3 player famly

Sony has extended its Walkman MP3 players family with the launch of the new Walkman S750. With dimensions of 94.0 x 42.5 x 7.2 and weight of 55g, the new addition promise to offer superb sound, digital noise cancelling and up to 50hr battery life.
The S750 boasts a premium metallic look, equipped with a bright 5.1cm (2 inch) LCD display with TruBlack technology, that reduces screen reflections and boosting contrast. Fetures continues with Digital Noise Cancelling, which Sony claims that cutting approximately 98.0% of ambient sound, clear bass and 5 Clear Audio Technologies, Lyrics Sync – displays lyrics, Karaoke Mode, which reduces the original performer’s vocal level and allows your voice to be heard clearly over the backing track, a Language Learning function, which ‘loops’ a chosen passage and SensMe technology, that  analyses your music library, automatically creating a series of 10 themed channels.

The walkman is also capable of playing back a wide range of video and music files and even allows you to watch TV via the optional A/V output cable in 720 x 480 resolution. It comes with nine pre-installed wallpapers, Content Transfer software for easy drag-and-drop transfers to  from Windows Explorer or your iTunes library and will be available from October 2010 in 8GB and 16GB versions in Black, White, Blue, Light Pink and Gold colors.

JBL releses On Stagei Micro III/IV iPod and iPhone Docks

The new additions to well known portable JBLs iPod and iPhone compatible docks, feature a new industrial design called “Wave” and Odyssey aluminum-domed transducers that promise more accurate, high-frequency and four octaves of rich mid- to low frequency sound.

The JBL’s mini docking sound systems can be powered by AC adapter or or four AAA batteries/six for On Stage IV, that will provide up to 16/24 hours of normal play. The JBL On Stage Micro IV packs four 25mm JBL Odyssey transducers, “emitting rich and clear sound for any environment”, while the smaller the JBL On Stage Micro III is equipped with two transducers. Bang & Olufsen unveils BeoSound 8, a high-end speaker dock for iPad, iPhone and iPod

Bang & Olufsen has unveiled a luxury docking station for the iPhone, iPod, and iPad, that has an elegant design and offeriing “outstanding sound performance”.
The high-end dock system is designed by David Lewis and has dimensions of 26″ x 9.4″ x 6.5″. It is made from painted plastic, aluminium and fabric. The system boasts efective frequence range of 38.3 – 24,000 Hz and has a manual room adaptation switch with 3 positions, which adjusts the speakers’ performance according to whether the system is placed. It change the equalization of primarily the bass channel “according to a room response target based on a large number of measurements taken in different positions in different rooms.”

The system also feature Bang & Olufsen patented Adaptive Bass Linearisation (ABL) to get more bass in small spaces and supports both aux-in and USB connections. It is available in black and white and speaker’s fronts colors include -  yellow, purple, green, blue, black and white.
